Force a page break

Hi - can someone please tell me how to get this to force a page break after each change in last name.

Each page decreases Almaguer by one and adds Anton - I would like all of Almaguer on one page, all of Anton on the next and so on....

You can use Word's Catalogue/Directory Mailmerge facility (the terminology depends on the Word version) for what you're trying to achieve.
