How to do this to not to repeat

Hi there.

Can someone can help me with my problem.

I do mail merge and i do rule with <<next record>> but when I'm do merging the data shows to be moving from one field to another by one. It have to move by 7 fields and I don't know how to do that.

Can anyone can help me.

It is not apparent from your attachments what you're trying to achieve.

Everything works fine. Only in preview mode the data the just to be changin is changing by one field. When I finish merging and make print or edit of the final product everything is fine.

That is normal for previews.
