mail merge is duplicating info instead of next name!
doing a mail merge, labels, instead of putting the next name in the next label it does a full page of the same thing. Why?? This has never happened before.

Hi thelori,
That's because, when you replicated the data for all labels, Word's 'Next Record' field wasn't inserted. To insert these, go to the start of each label except the first and, from the 'Rules' dropdown on the 'Mailings' tab, choose 'Next Record'.
