Default label alignment incorrect

This is similar to a problem reported by Tanworthfan which is marked as solved, although it seems it has just gone away.

Using Mayspies labels 090004 and MS Word 2007. I am using mail merge from an Excel address list. When I have finished setting up the labels they appear fine in the preview. When they print out the names and addresses lose their vertical alignment and finish with the printing overlapping from one label to another. The top label is almost fine but has a small bit of the name from the next label (vertically underneath it) on it, the next label vertically overlaps even more and so on. I have checked that the label layout corresponds to the label sheets precisely, tried both the address block and manual entry of the fields but can't fix it. I have previously done this successfully with other label formats.

Can anyone help?
