Mail Merges Shifts Labels One Label per Page

Mail merge shifts my labels only one label to the right on each page, instead of 30 labels.

Thus, instead of have 3 pages of labels, I get 89 pages which are mostly duplicates except for one label per page.

Using MS Office 2010.

What am I doing wrong?
