Post Error Message in Mail Merge


When I tried to Insert Word Field using IF..Then..Else "insert the text" is working i am also getting the result for "Else" in the merge field. But i should get this "else text" as Error Message (As we get in data validation error alert in Excel).

Please Please Please help me in this regard.
