Ok,I see.
The the link worked when I shared it,but I do not know why it has been broken now. The link is from the third part video site https://m.bilibili.com/ (similiar to YouTube).

I see, maybe they are meant to work for a short while. I only checked a couple of reported posts, all b23.tv links were broken. You may want to avoid using them.

I have just found I can open the url with Edge browser on my smart phone rather than the default browser.

What browser did you use?

I see the shorted URL is already broken. The long URL links to a non-English page, which looks kinda spammy for an English board.
