I have and it saved. I found it. The problem was that after I checked it, I needed to click on the "Apply Changes" button. Thank you for your assistance.
To clarify for anyone finding this. The repository for sent messages holds replies, I did not have saving activated. Last edited by Charles Kenyon; 11-29-2021 at 12:10 PM.
