I have a Excel 2007 workbook that has a SQL query returning 6 fields from a table. I need to delete Row 1 containing the field names so the workbook contains only data. When I right click on Row 1 the 'delete' option is greyed out. The workbook/row is not protected and I have removed the Auto-Filter function. I am able to delete any other row.
Any ideas? Thanks for any help... |

Do you have a data connection that is bringing in the sql query? If so that can limit the field manipulation capabilities.

Solved...there is a check box on the Design tab that allows header row to be turned off.
