Default create "catalog" table

Is it possible to create a "catalog" table.

I have a list of Part number with different dimensions. I like to group them very similar to a pivot table. However in the sum area the result should not be the sum of the data or a count of the data but the p/n itself

See attached the table, a pivot table and the required table

Hi Julie,

Thanks for the information. Nice filter on the pivot table.
Unfortunately it is not what I am looking for. In my original attached sheet the last table (most right) should be the outcome. This table I will export to a paper catalog with smallest space required. Note that the attached file is only a fraction of my complete file existing of 2000 P/N.
The P/N should be in the matrix area while the dimension (L) at the top.ID and DF at the vertical ax. The left table is my input data and the middle table is the closest that I will get when I use a pivot table.

Thanks

Paul
