Default Microsoft Excel Save As Address Bar Issue

Greetings Fellow Office Users!

I'm currently having an insignificant yet irritating issue with the way the "Save As..." option is working. Office 2003.

When I open up "Save As.." in any of the office applications(excel, word, etc.) they all relatively come up in the same format.

Normal(imo):
I have my buttons(shortcuts) on the left-hand side on the explorer bar(my computer, my documents, my network places, etc.) I have my files, folders, and such displayed in the primary box of the window after clicking one of the paths. I have an address bar at the top and bottom of the "Save As..." window.

What does occur to me as correct(if my memory serves right):
The address bar, when dropped down, would generally show Desktop, My Computer, My different drives, and a few others.

Problem:
It only lists Desktop and FTP Places when I click the drop down address bar. I'm wishing this to be fixed back to what it was. Is this possible? What could be the cause of this?
