Default How to count year lapse (rounded off) based on specific date

Hi Excel experts,

In the attached file Query108.xls, I need to count the total year lapse based on a specific date, i.e. Birthday. Please show-advise how to set formula in:

1) Sheet1, Cell C6 to C8 to compute for total years lapsed based on current computer date, so that if i reset the PC date the computation also resets;

2) Sheet2, Cell B5 to B7 to copy from sheet1 to sheet2 with data as-is;

3) Sheet2, Cell F5 to F7 to copy from sheet1 to sheet2 but with the total-years data now sorted from H-L.

Thanks in advance.

Kim
