Default Not Sure If WORD Or Excel Issue?

I have an Excel spreadsheet which has 3 columns; product code, product price and image name.jpg.

All the images are stored in a single folder on my PC.

I want to convert this spreadsheet into a WORD table which has the 3 columns. But instead of showing the image name.jpg I want the image itself displayed.

I am not sure whether this requires manipulation to the Excel spreadheet or the WORD table. Clearly if I copy the spreadsheet into a word table then I will just see the image name. How do I instruct word to display the image called image name.jpg?

Thanks in anticipation.

Chris

Hi Chris,

In Word, press Alt-F9. If that changes the display, the implication is that you can its field code display toggled on. Alt-F9 toggles it on/off.

Thank you macropod but I don't understand how I can use the field codes to achieve my outcome?

Hi Chris,

Did you try the Alt-F9 approach?
