ok so im trying to set up this excel sheet for work to track my crews errors
and adjust their incentive bonus.


so heres what i want to do

lets say in cell A1 is the number of errors this person made
- If this person made 0 errors then nothing happens
- if this person makes 1 error then 25% will be subracted from
whatever is in cell A2
- If he makes 2 errors then 50%
- If he makes 3 errors then 75%

i've only had a few basic excel classes so im really scratching my head on this one any help would be appreciated.
