Default Moving spreadsheet to Windows 7

Excel 2010 spreadsheets have been moved From a Vista computer by copying to a USB Flash Drive and pasting on my new Win 7 computer. The sheet tabs and scroll bars are not visible, even though the options to display are set. It appears like they are hidden by the screen being too small. I have not been able to find a solution and it is a critical problem. What is the solution?

Hi
Have you tried re-installing Excel 2010 or failing that running a repair on Office 2010. The issue is not with your workbooks but with the configuration of Excel.
Good luck.
