Default Have Excel automatically send an appointment to Outlook

I did a bit of googling before I found this forum, but still have yet to find an answer.



I've got a spreadsheet (huge) that has a list of dates in column F.

Is it possible to have Excel automatically put a date in Outlook's Calender 30 days from the date in column F(only > 01/01/11) with the subject of Column B, but only the rows with an "X" in column G?

attached is a sample workbook with 2 codes: one from Daniel Curran, for mailling from excel, and the other for creating reminders from excel...
you have to combine them to do what you need..
