Hi
You could use a macro. Simply record a macro to update each of your graphs. Once you have done that make sure the macro is only stored in this document. The rename the macro as a AutoOpen macro. This macro will then run each time you open the document. Otherwise you could leave the macro name as is and run it when you need to. Hope this helps. Good luck. Tony(OTPM)
