On second thoughts, and taking hint from Paul's note, if my desired output appears ideal yet complicated then I am open to a more practical approach, other than making the dynamic link option, to yet accomplish the auto-updating of the pre-formatted report in Word.

Let's give it time. I will consolidate files from my end and email you in time. Not really that urgent to make it soon. What I am getting now, of which I am confident of your assessment is that it is indeed possible, and so I will now consider this query solved ... and my pre-forum verdict as mere speculative at best.
