HI... can anyone tell me how to make conditional format for more then 3 option?

i try to make a timetable for my working shift that have more then 3 options, how to write formula at formula bar for this data? many thanks

you can add 3 different rules, or you can upload a sample with details...

With Excel 2010, yes you can add multiple rules refering to the same range of cells.
