Hi Beth
I still can't replicate your issue as it works fine in my version of Office 2010. However looking at your sample pdf file I notice that there are two items on your clipboard in Excel. This may be your issue, what you need to do is first of all select which item from your clipboard you want to paste by clicking on it. The paste button should then activate and you then click the paste button and it should paste into excel. Let me know how you get on. Tony(OTPM)
