i just wrote like that <space>

actually i like to remove space (one single space not row or rows) in the field. i have many columns which contains E-mail ID's, sometimes there may be spaces between or middle or after the E-mail ID's because it is converted using some software. So, i like to take the spaces off the Email field.

I can find the space in the field with
Find=<space>(i mean a single space not any function) but i donno what to be replaced with

Replace with= ?

you can use this formula in another column: =SUBSTITUTE(D8;" ";"")
or, with find and replace, in find what line type a space, in the replace with, do not type anything; just click replace all...this should work... good luck!
