Default Making sure the correct number of characters are entered.

Hi

Is it possible for Excel to prompt me if I have not entered the correct amount of characters into a cell?

I have to make sure that each cell I enter characters into has 16 characters!!

I dont really want to have a button to press after I have filled in my data, but maybe something that will not allow me to exit the cell until 16 characters are entered.

Is this possible?/

Leroy
