Excel not entering numbers correctly
I can strart a brand new spreadsheet, enter a number and it will appear at 1/10 of what i enter. Eg. enter 100 it displays 10. No matter how I format the cells it does not change. Any suggestions?

Hi Weety
We would need to see a copy of your spreadsheet (or a sample extract) for us to see what is happening. We may then be able to advise you. Have you checked to see if ANY conditional formatting has been applied to the template you are using? Tony(OTPM) |

All sorted now thanks
I found that for some reason in the advanced options tab the box titled "Automatically insert decimal point" was checked. After unchecking all is fine.
Thanks |
