Hi Colin,
Have you verified that the file is not, in fact, corrupt? As for your work 'not having changed anything at their end', if the file is OK, it seems to me something has changed at one end or both. Sometimes seemingly innocuous changes make a big difference. For example, on another site where I'm a moderator, there were persistent problems with IE downloading zip files. Counter-intuitively, it required changing the mime-type setting for the zip filetype from "content-type: application/zip" to "content-type: application/octet-stream" to get it to work. I'm not saying that's what the problem is at your end, but it just goes to show how the "nothing's changed" mantra might really mean "we don't think we changed anything of consequence".
