Exclamation filling multiple cells whislt using Filter

In Excel 2003 I was able to use the CTRL+ENTER to fill multiple cells with the same data (even when filter was on).

The data would not populate in the hidden cells BUT in 2007 version when I use the filter and then use the CTRL+ENTER shortcut, it fills the data in all cells including the hidden ones which I don’t want then to fill.

Any idea how to do this in Excel 2007? Is there a shortcut for it??

Thanks heaps

Hi Vince
When you filter simpy highlight the range of filtered cells and right-click then paste. It works fine for me.
