Question Excel Project planner

Hi

I`m working on a Excel project planning tool and i got a template from the MSoffice templates but I`m reworking it a littel bit and i got a problem.

my task is that i have sheed with colum D with a date 21-02-2011 and a colum E with a Date 02-03-2011 and a colum I with some names.see attached photo.

i like to make a new sheed where i make a calander starting from 01-01-2011 and 1 year forward, fore each person in the colume "I"

then i like to see if the person have any work on every specifeid date, so i like to check if Anders has any work on for eksample 23-02-2011 i don`t care if he has 11 tasks on this date i only like to know if he has any work on this date, so i need to go true alle the tasks.

hope some one can help me with this

Best regards
Michael
