Insert an item to excel specific cell

Hi,
I am stuck with something strange thing, i have attached an item to a cell using Insert->Item from menu bar. After a while when i filtered my spreadsheet, then the item moved to some other cell.

Is there any way that i can insert an item to a particular cell so that it won't move any other cell.
