In the attached file, I cannot get the structure that I want.
The data is sorted by column B (smallest to largest) and after that is done, I sort the first 20 records by column A. The reason I do the second sort is that I want the data in column A to be the X axis of the chart (not as a separate series in the chart). Also, is it possible to select all 103 rows of data but graph by the lowest 20 values in column B only |

Since you have a version of Excel which has Power Query built in (aka Get & Transform Data) the attached contains a second table created with Power Query which does the same as your sorting and this new table is plotted (twice; once with a true xy scatter plot, and the other a line plot (you can't do a true xy scatter plot from a pivot table)).
If your raw data in columns A & B change, you can update the new table by right-clicking somewhere within it and choosing Refresh. Incidentally there's also a formula-only approach in cell O2. |
