Hi Kimberly,
I checked out the VLookup function, and it didn't seems to be what I needed, so let me see if I can explain what I need to do again. OK I have column A1 which numbers are entered, (set numbers) I need to assign a $ amount to each number. ( So depending what number is entered the dollar value is different.) Then the next column B1 is basically the same, but it has a letter and number combination. These also have a dollar value assigned to it. Column C1 is the sum of A1+B1. Is that any clearer. ![]() Thanks for your patience.
