I followed:



You cannot use a pound character in a file name for a hyperlink in an Office program - Microsoft Support

Method 2

For Office 2003 and earlier versions:

Open the document that you are trying to link to (which contains the # sign in the name).

Copy the cell that you want to link to.

In your document, on the Edit menu, click Paste as Hyperlink.
but got stuck at this command disabled:



Any ideas on how to complete this? I really would like to overcome this fail, since it is pranging a large and urgent project here. Thanks.
