Assistance With Excel Formula

I have a defined range (see attached)



In column L, the values will gradually change in value, going from negative to positive.

I want to identify the first row in that column (L) that is not negative and return the value in column A for that row

Add (hidden) columns into your Named Range with formulas like

ColumnRowNo = ROW()-HeaderRowNo
and
PositCnt=COUNTIFS(ColumnLDatarange,">0",ColumnRowNo,"<=" & [@ColumnRowNo]

To return matching value in column A for 1st occurrence of positive value in olumn L:

=INDEX(ColumnADatarange, SUMIFS(ColumnRowNo,PositCnt,1))

I100>=0 perhaps since 0 is also not negative
