Default looking to use 'if' statement, but leave false cell as is

I'm trying to write an 'if' statement to accomplish the following.......



if cell a1 contains text certain text words, then return another word in cell a2,, if it does not contain that certain text, then leave cel a3 alone with the text in it already displayed in that cell.....








sorry, am at work so i can't upload an example
