Office 365, Insert Cell Controls Checkbox disappeared

This Ribbon selection is gone from my Excel which I have confirmed is up to date.
Is there any information available about this?

File>Options
Click on Customize Ribbon
On the top under Choose Commands From, select All Tabs
Click on the arrow next to Insert
Click on Controls
Click on Add
Click on OK
