Okay, I'm missing something. Your original message said:



"I want to transfer value A1 to e.g. A4 and I do NOT want to write anything in A4."

To 'transfer' is to move from one place to another. The simple formula I gave you will do that, just replace 'A4' with the destination you want.

Other than that, can be more specific of what you are trying to do? Maybe send a screen shot or picture?

I think the OP means that no formula should be used. It is probably possible using VBA ?
