Summe wenn in Nachbarzelle ein Datum steht

Hallo Forum,
es wäre sehr nett, wenn mir bitte jemand bei folgenden Problem helfen könnte.
Es soll die Summe der Spalte L (sehr viele Zeilen), gebildet werden, wenn in Spalte M ein Datum steht.
In Spalte M steht auch Text und es sind auch Leerzeilen vorhanden.
Wenn möglich bitte eine Formellösung, kein VBA.
