Default Finding Duplicated Number in Column B to A

Hi there, I have been trying to figure this out and just can't seem to find a resolution..

I have a column A and B with a list of job numbers. What I want to do is create a formula where it will allow me to point out job numbers in column B that has already been duplicated in column A.

Any way to go on about this? Any help would be much appreciated!
