Hi,
To merge cells in Excel without losing data, you can use a simple workaround. Instead of merging cells directly, you can use the "Center Across Selection" option to achieve a similar visual effect. Here's how to do it: Select the range of cells that you want to merge. Right-click on the selected cells and choose "Format Cells" from the context menu. In the Format Cells dialog box, go to the Alignment tab. In the Horizontal dropdown menu, select "Center Across Selection." Click OK to apply the changes. This will center the contents of the selected cells across them without actually merging them. Your data will remain intact, and you'll achieve the desired visual layout. |
