here i created a roster duty sheet based on exceldemy.com . here is the pinch, to assign workers off day i have to start by selecting "First day" of that month. i want it to calculate it by selecting "off day" (pull down menu) for that worker. there are two different shift settings. "Setting g" only day shift, "Setting 24-7" day& night shift.
