Default How to Remove the subtotal columns in a sheet

Hi. I would like help on how to remove the 1 2 3 subtotal columns on the left side of a sheet. I deleted the subtotals but the 1 2 3 columns still remain. These occupies precious space when files are opened in cellphones.
Thank you.

Select the rows which have the outlining, then in the Data tab of the ribbon, in the Outline section, click on Ungroup dropdown, then Clear Outline.
