MasterRunner is on a distinguished road
Default Unable to open https url. Cannot download the information you requested.

I have an excel 2010 spreadsheet with a large number of hyperlinks to urls. For the last 3-4 weeks these links have stopped working and give the error (as the title of this post).

I have searched for a solution and made the following changes:
In Internet Explorer - Opened IE > Tools / Internet Options / Advanced then checked the box for ‘Do not save encrypted pages to disk’ was unticked. It was already.

In Registry added HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\14.0\ Common\Internet
ForceShellExecute DWORD value 1

Neither has solved the problem and I have no idea how to restore the function of the hyperlinks. How can I solve this problem?

Thank you
