Work/task in progress tracker

Hi forum, I was hoping any of you project managers could assist me. I’ve been tasked with preparing a task/work in progress tracker which will be used for a weekly meetings we have with our suppliers to monitor key actions and their progress. The tracker needs to include a RAG status along with percentages of the work in progress, to be actioned or completed. Does anyone have a template as a starter point or know of any excel templates I could use. Thanks all
