Default Multiple match values for INDEX(MATCH) formula

Hi I am looking for a formula that will link two sheets based on multiple match conditions.
I have a Training Matrix filled with columns such as: Name, Job Title, Location, Training title e.g CDM Awareness, GWO Bundle...)

I have another sheet filled with requirments per job role (Location, Job Title, Training title - ticked if required)
I would like a sum on the matrix that will look up the requirements sheet and if the Job Title, location match and the Training title is ticked it will return "Required" in the cell on the matrix.
