Default Match & Index function

Is there a good tutorial and/or practice site to help with how to learn and utlize the Match and Index function? I currently use VLOOKUP for large sets of data, and would like to learn how to use the Match & Index function to see if it would be a better choice.

Some of my favorites on YouTube:

Leila Gharani: https://youtu.be/F264FpBDX28 and https://youtu.be/ontXHp9cwOQ

Kevin Stratvert: https://youtu.be/6JhbY8Mku1A

Mynda at MyOnlineTrainingHub: https://youtu.be/pP7AMLJa0Vc
(this is more on the INDEX function overall)

If you have a later version of Excel, check out XLOOKUP also. I use it in Office 365.
