If D8 and/or E8 have $amount(s)>0 and tax is *9.975/100; total amount H8 = ?
D8 -$5.00
E8 - $20.00
H8 = Tax @ 9.975




=IF(D8:E8)*9.975/100 ???

In case you don't want zeroes displayed
