Table Formatting Issue

I have a sheet with banking data in it and I converted the data to a table (for pivot table). The table was then formatted.



However, when I now copy data into the table, the format is applied to some of the cells, but not to all cells (see attached).

I am copying the data directly from my online banking page on my pc and when I come to paste in excel, I only have one option = Paste.

Any ideas?
