Default trying to link several spreadsheets in a fileshare program with my own master spreadsheet

My company uses eConnect to share documents from our multiple locations with our corporate location. Each location has their own spreadsheets, and instead of me having to go into each one individually, I want to link them all with my spreadsheet, which isn't on the shared drive, but can be if that helps. Google searches are getting me nowhere and this would be HUGE in helping my productivity. Please help!
