How to create a dropdown list from 2 ranges
I am using Excel 2016 on a Windows 10 laptop. I would like to create a dropdown list that uses the data in a Range #1 followed by the data in Range #2.
Is that possible and if so, how do I do it? I'd be grateful for anyone's help. RR |

Hello,
This sound possible; however, without a sample of your data and the layout, it's hard to advise. Please post a sample of your data with a sample of what you desire as your outcome. |

What I'd like is a Dropdown list to include all the items in the top range in the attached followed by the list of data in the second range. I can't sort the two lists together since I want the second list to be at the bottom of the list showing up in the dropdown list.
Thanks for your help, RR |

I suspect VBA is the only way to achieve what you desire, so why not just this?
