In my attached sheet I am trying to do ageing analysis. Please help me to get result under mentioned bucket in the sheet.
also month wise aiming to get
when was the incident open and close and average of incidents raised every month.

It was unclear what you exactly did want (average number of incidents opened in given month equals with the number of incidents in this month ), but maybe you get some ideas.

ageing wise for Open cases
1.how many are under 0-30 days , 31-60 days , 61-90 days and >90 days.
ageing wise for Closed cases
- how long it took to close the incident.
how many are under 0-30 days , 31-60 days , 61-90 days and >90 days ( took to close).
Average number of incident raised every month.
Is there any way to identify or mention or count the common description among all.

in addition to my previous comment , pls help me how can I get the sum of 0-30 days and so on the basis of Priority( like sum of incident in 0-30 days for P3)
