Default Setting up alignment

Hi folks, can anyone tell me how to set up alignment? Whenever i open an excel spreadsheet the default alignment for all cells is bottom align and align right, and i usually want top align and align left. I know I can go in and change this setting from the alignment section, but is there a way to have excel automatically open up the worksheet and have it aligned as top align and align left? Many thanks
