Default Comparison Analysis

Hello Mentors



While working on one of my project I face some challenges where I need your guidance.

I have two customer data.
1 one 471 unique customers ( list from April'21 t- Nov'21)
another has 315 unique customers list ( from jan'22 - 20th Mar'22. )

They sent us a request for return. What I am trying to find is
who all are repeated customers who have sent req again and who have not at all sent any request from this list of customers.
Please guide me how to do it.

In absolute value, it's the difference between column D and B.
In relative value, you have it in column E

I got that sir. but wasnt that for if number has been decreased (to what %).

for an eg sir , if my May 2021 % is 115 and May 2022 is 118, how much it has incresed.

whats the formula for that.
